UDPM were awarded the prestigious turnkey fit out contract, after an exhaustive procurement and capability review exercise. This was the first venture of its kind in Western Australia by HBF.

A modular, highly flexible internal fit out package was delivered on time and on budget against the backdrop of Christmas shutdowns and an evolving pandemic outbreak. A near 300m2 space inside the Lakeside Shopping Centre in Joondalup was transformed into an 8-seat modern, brand conscious, corporate practice with state-of-the-art service provisions.
The visually Striking entrance portal constructed from specialist “HBF Blue” Marblo material sets the tone for high finish levels and attention to detail as you navigate through the practice. The use of variant material commercial grade floor coverings and 3D grained timber veneers creates a very calming on trend common area and the streamlined modular Treatment rooms permitted communality in appearance and high service levels.
Modular 8-Seat Practice delivered and presented across multiple national media and multinational communication platforms to great reviews.
UDPM were integral to the required redesign to the concept Steri area to provide long term operational benefits with the “As Built” version.
The provision and acceptance of substitute materials and products from UDPM’s existing supplier networks ensure on time delivery without compromise to required finish levels.
The ergonomic well planned floor area’s ethos flows into each room ensuring that the practitioners and customers experience is very valuable.
