Karratha Dental Care approached United Design Project Management (UDPM) to deliver a comprehensive dental fitout solution for their Pilbara based practice.
Dental Fitout Solutions
A high specification internal fit out package including bespoke floor and wall joinery units finished in Ice white with unique pivot up amalgamator units, stacked autoclave housings in Steri and specialist LED lighting throughout, Commercial grade Oak planks and Concrete look sheet vinyl flooring was laid to all areas, High end sinks and extended lever taps where fitted in the practice A high specification curved backlit Reception desk was finished in Diamond White Laminate with only a subtle horizontal coloured band included to create a Wow factor when you walk through the front door.
Full extensive strip-out of the existing units partitioning, fixture and fittings, Design and Construction, full turn key fit out of a new 4 x Surgery Practice.
A fully sound insulated plant room completed the fully utilised layout.
Floor Plan included a Consulting Room, Laboratory/Staff room, Compact OPG, U shaped Steri, Practice Managers Office, PWD Toilet, Reception, Waiting area.
The OPG (Orthopantomogram) room was designed and constructed using specialist barrier materials to meet the requirements of the certificated shielding report, with staff viewing the area through a composite matrix door with radiation absorbing materials and a leaded glass vision panel.
