Exceptional Dental approached United Design Project Management (UDPM) to deliver a comprehensive dental fitout solution for their Spearwood based practice.
Dental Fitout Solutions
A high specification internal fit out package including bespoke dual colour floor and wall joinery units, contamination free consumable access wall units and sharps chutes, Roll up amalgamator units, Specialist LED lighting throughout, Intra oral X-ray machines fitted to locally strengthened walls in each Surgery, Commercial grade washed oak planks and sheet cool concrete vinyl flooring was laid to all areas, a feature dry stone wall built in the powder area, High end sinks and taps where fitted to all areas.
Design and Construction, Main building Internal partitioning system Installed to existing open area to create bespoke 125m2 Practice, full turn key fit out comprising of 3 x Surgeries, Steri, OPG, Staff Room, Consultation Office, Plant room, AMB Toilet, Powder area, Reception and Waiting room.
Client specified feature wall paint finish and colour behind the backlit two tone reception desk along with carefully selected branded signage completed the feeling of splendour in this practice.
The OPG (Orthopantomogram) room was designed and constructed using specialist barrier materials to meet the requirements of the certificated shielding report, with staff viewing the area through a composite matrix door with radiation absorbing materials and a leaded glass vision panel.
