UDPM were approached to fit out the Cottesloe Dental Practice as part of their upcoming centenary celebrations.

3x Surgeries, large new Steri, Practice Managers office, Cerec display area and OPG room were selected for creation or upgrade with the balance of the practice freshly painted with flooring to follow.
The creation of revamped ergonomic rooms to maximize useability within the existing structure was delivered by the provision of bespoke room specific cabinetry with great attention to detail made so each drawer and cabinet was sized and positioned to be fully utilised, integrated patent/carer seating was added within the rooms to fully destress the areas. Modern concrete look sheet vinyl flooring fitted to provide equal aesthetic and operational benefits, modern complimentary 2x tone contrasting cabinetry finished the rooms off tastefully.
UDPM delivered all works while the practice operated at full capacity, sequential area delivery with out of hours working at crucial stages enabled the 6 week project to be delivered on time and on budget with minimal operational compromise.
The creation of the large Steri which incorporated the old OPG area was provided following the creation of a temp Steri area to support the need for existing wall and ceiling removals to make the space for the clockwise dirty to clean operational process flow cabinetry.
The replacement of the existing fluorescent lighting tubes for 6 x stage selectable LED down lights really made the vibrant crisp white paint finish pop and further highlight the clever selection of 2 x tone cabinetry colours.
The addition of the Practice Mangers office in a previously underutilised area was further enhanced with the installation of fully glazed entrance door to provide a feeling of space with a flow of natural light, again bespoke cabinetry and storage solutions made the area optimally functional.
