The reception waiting area was to be revamped to provide a more spacious welcoming area for patients and the Sterilisation area upgraded of better operational flow to service the 2 x Procedure rooms.

A compact layered multi trade schedule was created to minimize the practice closure to 1 x week with demolition starting at 5pm following the staff leaving the building. Proactive design and procurement seen the long lead items such as the large curved white gloss and oak timber panelled reception desk and the frosted full height glazed dividing wall all being manufactured and stored off site awaiting their scheduled time slot for installation. New washed look timber vinyl planks were laid to provide a sense of space for the reception/waiting area and the glazed wall installed to support this feeling while preventing direct sight into the steri. The sleek reception desk was installed with seated step-down consultation area to finish the area off only to be enhanced further with newly painted walls and ceilings
